Three-Bedroom Villa
Avaiki Nui Villa has three separate well appointed bedrooms with their own large ensuite featuring a rainfall shower, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and insect screens. The master bedroom ensuite also features a large tropical outdoor shower. All three bedrooms look out over the private pool and landscaped gardens.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, and ensuite featuring both an indoor and a large tropical outdoor shower.
Bedrooms two and three offer king-split single size beds on request, fitted with their own private ensuite.
Avaiki Nui Villa accommodates up to maximum 6 guests in total.

Avaiki Nui Villa, a 3 bedroom Villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, embracing a private infinity‑edge swimming pool elevated above lush landscaped gardens.
Nestled on Rarotonga’s northern side, the villa is close to everything you need, including Avarua township, the Punanga Nui Markets, the Rarotonga Golf Club, Vaiana’s Bar 21.3, Beluga Café, and Antipodes. The pristine swimming beaches of Nikao and Blackrock are just five minutes away.
Flowing out onto a wraparound deck, Avaiki Nui offers a covered outdoor living and dining area beside your own pool. Inside, the spacious kitchen features an island bench and is fully equipped with premium appliances, utensils, and your own coffee machine—catering to all culinary needs. The open‑plan dining and living area is cooled by ceiling fans and includes a Smart TV, while a Weber BBQ is available for alfresco meals.
Guests can enjoy unlimited Wi‑Fi throughout their stay. Avaiki Nui Villa can also be tailored to suit your group size, with the flexibility to open only the number of bedrooms required—allowing smaller parties to enjoy the same luxurious escape in a space perfectly matched to their needs.
