In Polynesian mythology, Avaiki  means “place of origin”, Nui means “big, grand, or great”. 

We are originally from the Cook islands but am currently residing in Asia, Avaiki Nui Villa is our grand place of origin!  It is where we come to escape the hustle and strain of the modern world, it is our place to rest, recharge and reconnect with family.  

The oriental designs of Asia has been the inspiration behind the concept of Avaiki Nui, the similarities in culture were at the forefront of our minds.  It has been important to us to create an environment where one can leave their stress behind as they drive into Avaiki Nui Villa.  Outdoor living that has been blended into the house, and where one can resort to their own private room when quiet time is needed.  

Our Villa Caretaker Elis, will welcome you on arrival and ensure that you settle in and will provide basic cleaning services during your stay.  Elis can be available if you have any questions during your stay. 

We are delighted to share this secret of ours, and hope you enjoy Avaiki Nui.   Make yourself at home, enjoy your morning swims and celebrate the day with a cold drink as you soak in the colours of the setting sun.
